Tests of the New Deepers X5
1st Part: Product Quality Examination

A concept engineer, Robert, had the chance to carefully examine the new Deepers X5 that we sent him for a review analysis. He took his time to thoroughly inspect the material and to test the equipment, because in his profession, he is used to seek the smallest of errors. At the end of a good hour of investigation, its conclusions fall without call:
“It is honestly an equipment made of excellent materials, the molded parts are precise and made with very good quality ABS plastics. The bottom shaft of the Commando Arm is made of carbon glass fiber and the upper shaft, which maintains the electronics control box, the arm-support and the battery compartment, is made of double reinforced plastic PVC. It is one of the best ways to provide a better rigidity and solidity to the equipment. The arm-support is complete, flexible to adapt to the arm of any user and moreover, it is equipped with a broad strap which maintains the arm in its place. The ergonomic handle facilitates control of the detector without effort, which allows long hours of detection without having to bear cramps or other pain of this kind. The adjustment of the 3 parts of the telescopic shaft, called arm of support Commando by Deepers Detector, is ensured by two large twistlocks, which immobilize the whole construction at a required height according to each user. The round search coil is security attached to the lower shaft and easily immobilized by the provided nuts thanks to the two joints on each side of the support axis.
All connectors and buttons, on the front and back plates of the apparatus, are made of the highest quality material and the buttons are not inserted with pressure but are immobilized by a brass screw drowned in the body of the button.
The detector in its dissembled form is transported in its well-designed bag with certain parts upholstered to preserve and prevent damage to the material. The provided headphones are very light and, conceptually, are very practical. The charger is of the intelligent type i.e. it automatically calculates the necessary time for full battery recharge and cuts off the energy supply once the battery is full.
The weight of the detector in ready-to-use form is about 1,8 kg (4 pounds), which is reasonable for such an efficient and powerful equipment”
